    fantastic location
    king corner room
    spectacular views
    housekeeping irregularities
    check-in delays
    customer service issues

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a mix of highs and lows. The location couldn’t be better, close to the Field Museum and other must-see spots. The room I had, a King Corner Room, offered spectacular views of the city skyline, just as I hoped. The room itself was roomy and had a cozy vibe. I especially liked the key access to the elevator for safety. that felt smart. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast during my stay, but the lobby had a snack spot which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short. I expected a cleaning every other day, but they never showed up. I also had issues with early check-in. I called to confirm but was hit with a fee upon arrival that I wasn’t previously informed about. That felt off. Customer service could use some work too. They were friendly but seemed overwhelmed with requests. Overall, I think it’s a solid option if you value location and views, but be prepared for some service hiccups.

    cozy lobby
    lovely decor
    accessible elevators
    poor pool access
    lack of quiet hours

The hotel had a cozy lobby with lovely decor that felt welcoming. The elevators were easily accessible, making it convenient for seniors like me to move around effortlessly. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout.

Quieter pool hours for seniors would be beneficial.
